Solicita la eliminación sin reinstalar Wizalize
Esta es una solicitud gestionada por soporte, no un borrado automático. No necesitas instalar la app para iniciarla.
- Escribe a soporte@wizalize.com con el asunto «Eliminación de cuenta Wizalize», preferiblemente desde el email asociado a tu cuenta.
- Indica que deseas eliminar tu cuenta y sus datos vinculados. Si usaste «Ocultar mi email» de Apple o no puedes acceder al correo, explícalo para coordinar otra verificación.
- Soporte debe comprobar que la cuenta te pertenece antes de actuar y confirmar el resultado o cualquier dato que deba conservarse y su motivo. No envíes contraseñas, códigos de acceso ni datos bancarios.
Este botón abre tu aplicación de correo; tú debes enviar el mensaje. Si no se abre, copia la dirección anterior. Esta página no consulta ni revela si una cuenta existe.
Qué comprende la solicitud
Cuenta, perfil, mazos, análisis, actividad vinculada, ofertas y participaciones identificables. Se revisa el tratamiento en servicios asociados. Las excepciones por seguridad, prevención del fraude, compras u obligaciones aplicables deben explicarse en la respuesta. Copias compartidas por otras personas, backups y registros de proveedores pueden requerir tratamiento distinto. Consulta la política de privacidad.
Si tu versión incluye Perfil → Cuenta → Eliminar mi cuenta, también puedes iniciar el proceso allí. El formulario automático web aún no está habilitado.
Request deletion without reinstalling Wizalize
This is a support-managed request, not automatic deletion. You do not need to install the app to start.
- Email soporte@wizalize.com with the subject “Wizalize account deletion”, preferably from your account's email address.
- State that you want your account and linked data deleted. If you used Apple's Hide My Email or cannot access that mailbox, explain this so another verification can be arranged.
- Support must verify ownership before acting and confirm the result or explain any retained data and why. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or banking details.
The button opens your email app; you must send the message yourself. If it does not open, copy the address above. This page does not look up or reveal whether an account exists.
What the request covers
Your account, profile, decks, analyses, linked activity, offers and identifiable participation. Associated services must also be reviewed. Security, fraud-prevention, purchase or legal exceptions should be explained in the response. Third-party shared copies, backups and provider records may require different handling. Read the privacy policy.
If your version includes Profile → Account → Delete my account, you can also start there. Automatic web deletion is not enabled yet.
