Privacy Policy

Wizalize ("we", "our", or "the App") is a companion application for trading card game players. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We use this to create and manage your Wizalize account.

User-Generated Content: Deck configurations, trade offers, card lists, avatar selections, and language preferences that you create within the App.

Usage Data: We log certain actions within the App (such as deck analyses, trades, and profile changes) to provide customer support and improve our services. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.

Device Information: Operating system, app version, and general device type for debugging and support purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the App's features (deck analysis, trading, meta information); process in-app purchases and manage your subscription status; personalize your experience (language, avatar, trade preferences); provide customer support when you report a problem; improve and optimize the App's performance; and send important service-related notifications.

3. AI-Powered Analysis

Wizalize uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to analyze deck compositions. When you request an analysis, your deck's card list is sent to our secure server, which processes it through the AI service. We do not send any personal information (name, email, etc.) to the AI service — only the card data necessary for the analysis. Analysis results may be cached to improve performance and reduce costs.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), which provides encryption at rest and in transit. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager and are never exposed to the client application. We implement industry-standard security measures including server-side validation, rate limiting, and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services: Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions); Google AdMob (advertising for free users — Pro subscribers see no ads); Anthropic Claude API (AI deck analysis, processed server-side); RevenueCat (subscription management); Apple App Store / Google Play Store (in-app purchases and subscriptions). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Advertising

Free users may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. Wizalize Pro subscribers do not see any advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Wizalize is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@wizalize.com.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated statistics (such as total number of analyses performed) for business purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

9. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@wizalize.com. You can update your profile information directly within the App. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. You can unsubscribe from Wizalize Pro at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
