By downloading, installing, or using Wizalize ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Wizalize is a companion application for Pokémon TCG Pocket players. It provides AI-powered deck analysis, a global meta tier list, card trading matchmaking, and score sharing features. Wizalize is not an official Pokémon product.
2. Account
You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Free and Pro Plans
Wizalize offers a free tier with limited daily analyses (with ads) and a Pro subscription at $4.99/month. The Pro plan includes additional daily analyses, no ads, and exclusive avatars. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's store settings.
5. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Deck analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Win rates, tier ratings, and recommendations are estimates based on available data and should not be considered guarantees of game performance. Results may vary.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the App for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App; create fake accounts or manipulate the trading system; sell or trade your account; use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
7. Trading
Wizalize facilitates card trade matchmaking between players. Actual card trades are performed within Pokémon TCG Pocket, not within Wizalize. We are not responsible for trades that do not complete or for disputes between users. Trading virtual cards for real money is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
The Wizalize name, logo, wizard mascot, and app design are the property of Wizalize. Card images, Pokémon names, and related content are the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, and DeNA. We use card data for informational purposes under fair use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wizalize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: loss of data, inaccurate analysis results, service interruptions, or issues with third-party services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@wizalize.com.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
